Hachinohe brewery is located in Hachinohe city in Aomori prefecture which is well known as the most catch of squid in Japan. They are particular about being 100% made in Aomori from rice, yeast and Joki mold in order to create an original taste.

Hanaomoi 50 is a masterpiece of sake, made by the hand of a master brewer, Ito Masami, combining the traditional Nambu Toji natural production method of Kan-Jikomi and his finest susceptibilities. Enjoy the mellow taste and good body of Japanese sake made in the land or Mutsu, with it's clear refined taste.
