Thank you for all your support for the pass 3 years. We are celebrating our 3rd Anniversary with this special collaboration with Tatenokawa. A Junmai Daiginjyo with dewasansan rice grown by their very own rice research institute that has been polished in house down to 33%, it’s smooth and big on umami.

We have seen some tough times this past year and to mark this anniversary more meaningful we will be donating part of the proceed of this sale to help small restaurant owners and hawkers and feeding the needy.
