Made from Yamada Nishiki rice - the best sake rice available, this sake has a refreshing fruit like aromatics wafting through taut texture on the palate, it has a feeling of transparency. With the soft water of Hiroshima, a significant amount of effort is used to produce special koji “ malted rice” for fermentation, which result in a very flavourful sake. The branded wooden tag is made from Yoshino cedar, with this tag dipped into your sake cup as a muddler, one can casually enjoy the flavour of sake straight from the barrel.
