Aino in the Southern Alps and yeast preserved in-house. This is a new sake from the famous sake brewery Isojiman, that has sparked the popularity of the Japanese sake industry today. A freshly brewed raw sake with a mysterious, fruity aroma and a refreshing taste, which is made by highly refining special Yamada Nishiki rice produced in the special A area and carefully hand-made in the cold season. An exceptionally high-quality sake but in extremely low quantity.
