Retro, a part of the Edo-gaeri series, embodies a return to tradition while offering a modern twist. Crafted using the kimoto starter method with pure groundwater from the Kinu River and free from additives, this sake showcases the expressive power of Omachi rice, Japan’s oldest sake rice variety. Its aroma is fresh and restrained, reminiscent of banana and melon.  On the palate, it delivers the signature sweet-and-sour profile of both Omachi rice and Senkin’s style evoking the nostalgic taste of sake from two decades past.
