All orders are shipped within the next 24 - 48  hours of payment from Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free of charge for purchases above RM888. In certain cases, the rate charged for the shipping of your order may be based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Additional shipping fee may apply for orders below RM888 if delivery location is outside Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya. Please check with us via e-mail/Whatsapp on shipping fee if this is applicable to your order.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
