As you may know, ARAMASA is the brewery to find yeast no.6, which is one of the oldest Sake yeast and their signature. 2020 is the 90th yeast after they found the yeast. It’s an extremely limited edition released to commemorate the 90th anniversary of yeast no.6.
It’s produced by the rice RIKUU 132 as known as AIKAME, which was found in Akita Pref 100 years ago.
It’s produced by the traditional Kimoto method by using the premium cedar wooden barrel.
The fan of NO.6 must get this marvelous Sake!!
