Jikon Junmai ginjo is a sake that truly represents the hard work put into its making. Brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice and polished to 60%. After opening the bottle, you will get a faint smell, the aroma of apple and cantaloupe. Shake the glass gently, the aroma gradually opens, pear and white floral notes emerge. The sake will have different presentations with the change of temperature, light and delicate. On the palate it is elegant with a long finish.
