This is the 2nd label of the famous Takagi Shuzo and a close cousin to Juyondai. This Honjozo is light and surprisingly full of umami. Strong rice flavours, with a hint of ripe fruits. A steal compared to its more expensive relative.
It is easy drinking with only a slight hint of Juyondai personality.
