A light and flavorful royal roadside sake that takes the mind back to memories of distant days. Junmai Ginjo-shu made with a combination of Kumamoto yeast and Omachi. There are two types of Kumamoto yeast, KA1 and KA4, and this sake is made with the orthodox KA1. Compared to Association No. 9, this sake has a brighter and more expansive impression.
