Aromas of ripe melon, pear, and white peach flow into a juicy, full-bodied palate layered with gentle rice sweetness and bright, natural acidity. Bottled unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurised, it offers a rich yet precise texture with lively energy and a clean, invigorating finish that remains beautifully balanced despite its power.

Ideal serving temperature:
Best served well chilled (冷酒 / 約5–10 °C) to highlight its freshness, aromatics, and clarity. Slight warming is not recommended, as heat will mute its delicate fruit and lively structure.
