This sake is made of the finest Yamadanishiki sake rice harvested in the « Premium A » area of Hyogo Prefecture. This sake has soft and clear tastes with fine acid that are typical of the traditional Kimoto method of sake brewing. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, but is most often served either between 8 ~ 15 °C or 40 ~ 50 degrees °C.
