This sake is made of the finest Yamadanishiki sake rice harvested in the « Premium A » area in the Yokawa and Tojo regions of Hyogo Prefecture. This sake’s principal characteristics are its soft and rich entry, followed by concentrated flavors and a smooth, lingering finish. It is best served both at 12 ~ 15 °C and at 42 ~ 45 °C.
