One of the most famous and notable Sake breweries since 1852, Aramasa’s 8th generation president, Yusuke Sato is going back to the basics and has created this Sake.
This is made by using completely organic rice that’s cultivated by themselves as raw materials, without fortification of distilled alcohol. Brewing is done by using cotton bags and wrung out from unrefined sake, which is stored in a room that’s below zero degrees celsius and it is called FUKURO-TURI. This method requires a lot of time and effort since it is gathering drops of sake and this only uses the top clear layer of it. The top layer is bottled raw and shipped directly from Aramasa brewery.
