Rich, elegant and beautifully concentrated.
Traditionally brewed as a Junmai Daiginjo and bottled as Genshu, this sake is undiluted after pressing, allowing its natural depth, richness and character to shine. Dewazakura further refines the sake through ice-temperature maturation, creating a remarkably smooth and rounded texture.

The nose is fragrant and fruit-driven, with notes of ripe pear and fresh orchard fruit. On the palate, it is full yet silky, offering concentrated fruit flavours, gentle umami and a subtle richness, balanced by a clean acidity. The finish is smooth, lingering and beautifully composed.

It has also received multiple international awards, including Gold at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal in 2025.
