HEAVEN sake junmai daiginjo is delicately floral with a vibrant early summer fruits flavor. balanced to perfection by our master blender Regis Camus, this gem from the Dassai brewery will leave you in awe. Winner of the 2019 and 2020 best sake title at the San Francisco IWC, this sake is considered one of the best in the world and pairs well with anything that screams joie de vivre!

From champagne to whiskey, blending is a craft of the senses which requires years of experience. our assemblage master regis camus, combines the positive notes of each base sake to amplify them into a new creation. the result is a balanced and harmonious award winning composition. serve chilled in a wine glass for the best experience.

On the nose you’ll encounter salted caramel, cacao, kumquat and almond — a rich and slightly indulgent aroma that immediately invites curiosity.  On the palate it presents a surprising blend of pastry-like joy (think a light butterscotch tone) paired with a bright freshness and underlying minerality; the texture is smooth and light thanks to the modest 12 % alcohol, yet it maintains depth because of its elevated acidity (1.7) and Nihonbare rice base.  The finish is clean, dry and balanced — subtle bitterness and a mineral thread leave a memorable impression, making it a versatile yet elegant sake.
