Banshu is the old name of Harima Region in Hyogo, which is known for making the best Yamadanishiki. It was recently awarded GI Status.
Limited edition Daiginjo polished Yamadanishiki up to 35%, and brewed carefully under low temperature.
The aroma is a mixture of strawberry, melon, and milk. The texture is condensed and mellow. The attack is vividly sweet and creamy. But, the body is light and very transparent. The finish is minerally crisp. Fruity and gorgeous aroma of melon, Juicy & Fruity without being cloying.
