The first Japanese gin made in Kyoto.
KI NOH BI is a cask-aged version of our classic KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin. Filled into cask at a high strength, the gin is carefully monitored by our distilling team during the maturation process to ensure the optimum balance between botanical flavours and influence from the wood. The team reviews the final liquid and blends with Fushimi water.
KI NOH BI Kyoto Dry Gin 22nd Edition has been aged in Karuizawa ex-sherry butts, Karuizawa ex-wine barrels and new Mizunara casks to create notes of candied ginger, dried fruit and desiccated coconut on the fore paving the way for rich oak, sweet caramel and hints of delicate violet with a long and rounded finish.
The label is a collaboration between our distillery and the Kamiasobi Noh Troupe.
