Urara is a new premium brand of Senkin.  As the name expresses, its gorgeous energy and layers of delightfulness lead us to another world.  They are using locally grown Yamadanishi and polished down to 35%.  Sake is carefully collected drop by drop using a pressing method called "Fukuro-shibori" by pouring the fermented sake into cloth bags and then hanging up.  Only the sake which drips out naturally are collected , without any physical pressing, only allowing the natural gravity to do the job.

Charming scent with top notes of freshly picked green apples and white grapes, leading to simple, elegant , yet comfortable and smooth texture.
