Brown sugar, mature and complex. Matured for 5 years at low temp, this junmaishu is polished to 55 % using Gohyakumangoku rice. Gorgeous flavour and balance of stored fruits, sugar and mushroom. Low, fruity nose with some fruits. Clean and lingering finish with a pale golden colour. Warm it to deepen its flavour
