One of core products from Gassan, which is brewed by master craftsmen in winter season, using quality Sake rice highly polished down to 60% of the original grain, then pasteirized only once just after filteration of the brewing mash.
Pear-like fragrant aroma in glass. Smooth, medium dry, pear, rounded but yet sour. Finish is medium long. The Sake goes well with wide range of different cuisines.
Won 4 years consecutive Gold Medals at The Fine Sake Award Japan since 2016 including the Grand Gold in 2016.
