This elusive and premium saké is certainly hard to find, and reflects the head brewer’s philosophy of living to the fullest. Presenting sweetness that is light and beautiful, this saké proceeds to spread elegantly throughout the mouth and cleanly finishes without any unpleasant aftertaste.
This model is brewed from Omachi grown in the Akawa region, Okayama Prefecture. With the traditional "kimoto" fermentation method, it has a smooth taste and the depth of the original work.
Aroma of melon with a slight hints of bananas, pear, and then opens up to light cantaloupe and some white flower aroma. The sake is soft and smooth, light and delicate, and develop into a deeper and more complex on the palate. Its balanced acidity and richness make this sake exquisite.
