Naohiko Noguchi Sake Brewing 70th Anniversary Vintage>
2018 vintage's sake brewing, the second year since the opening of Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute, was a commemorative year when Naohiko Noguchi entered the "Sake Brewing Road" at the age of 16 and celebrated its 70th year.
Among the many liquors produced at 2018 vintage, this liquor is a limited product that has been selected as the best lot by the Noguchi Toji himself and has been thoroughly aged for several years.
It is packed in an original bottle designed by Toshio Ohi, a leading artist in Ishikawa Prefecture, and it is a limited release.
After being selected as an agricultural toji, it was botted in October 2019 after being aged at a low temperature in a tank for more than half a year. From there, it has been thoroughly aged for more than two years, and it has finally reached its long-awaited release.
This sake, which has been aged, has a glossy and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of peaches and apples, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel a thick and elegant sweetness that is densely condensed by long-term low-temperature aging. On the other hand, the aftertaste is sharp with a long aftertaste, and it is a dish that embodies the ideal "sake with a taste and sharpness" ideal by Noguchi toji.
※ This bottle is a custom-made bottle of asymmetrical "distorted curve" infused with the "hand-made feeling" of crafts. The 2018 vintage label tag based on silver white has a serial number (0001/5500), so it is also recommended as a collection item.
