This product is a limited liquor that was prepared in the hot midsummer under the theme of "Cool and drink the mountain waste junmai ginjo sake."
Speaking of mountain abandonment, it is common to enjoy warm aged items after warming them. I decided to send it freshly squeezed.
The sake quality is designed so that it can be balanced with a chilled upper body, so it is not suitable for warm sake.
As the yeast, we used our segregated “Soccissy Yamamoto yeast”. Please enjoy the gentle fragrance and the sharpness of acidity.

Gentle aroma, savory rice flavor and crisp sourness. You can enjoy not only cold but also rock with floating ice.
