From champagne to whiskey, blending is a craft of the senses which requires years of experience. our assemblage master regis camus, combines the positive notes of each base sake to amplify them into a new creation. the result is a balanced and harmonious award winning composition. serve chilled in a wine glass for the best experience.

On the nose it opens with a delicate lift of green apple and fresh mint, giving way to hints of pear and soft florals.  On the palate it is smooth and elegantly structured, with juicy flavors of pear and grape tempered by a crisp mineral edge and clean drying finish. The overall impression is refined and fresh—light yet vibrant, with a calm sophistication that makes it a graceful pairing for elegant cuisine.
