This is HEAVENSAKE x Urakasumi.  On the nose it presents a silky texture with a slightly rich-and-dry character and layered umami. The aroma opens with ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and lychee, along with green apple, melon, blossoming white lily and subtle hints of dried fruit. On the palate it remains clear and refined—velvety yet crisp—with the fruit gradually giving way to a firm dry backbone, light acidity and a clean minerality. The finish lingers elegantly, showing the floral and dried-fruit echoes while maintaining a dry, structured aftertaste—making it a beautifully balanced sake that sits between richness and restrain
